The route

Distribution, done properly.

You hold your own ARN and serve your clients; we give you the platform, the reporting and a desk behind you. Clients invest in regular plans, and the commission the fund house pays on them is disclosed to the client.

  • NISM Series V-A and an AMFI ARN in your name
  • Our mutual fund platform and app for your clients
  • SIP, transaction and capital-gains reports
  • Commission shared as agreed in writing

Bringing an existing book?

Folios held through another distributor can move to Labdhi with a change-of-broker request to each fund house, signed by the client. Units are not redeemed, so there is no tax event — our desk prepares the paperwork with you.

Questions

Mutual fund distributor, answered.

Yes. Anyone distributing mutual funds needs NISM Series V-A and an ARN from AMFI. If you have neither yet, we help you through both.

Through the commission fund houses pay on regular plans, shared with you as agreed in writing before you start. The commission is disclosed to your clients.

Yes — through a change-of-broker request to each fund house, signed by the client. Units are not redeemed, so there is no tax event.

Yes. If your clients want shares, F&O or IPOs, you can also register as an Authorised Person through us.

Distribution and fee-based advice are kept apart under SEBI rules. As a distributor you explain products and help clients transact; holding yourself out as an adviser, or charging an advisory fee, needs a separate investment adviser registration.

Authorised Persons must be registered with the stock exchanges and affiliated to a member of a recognised stock exchange. Mutual fund distributors need an AMFI ARN, and PMS distributors APMI registration. Revenue-share and commission arrangements are agreed in writing before onboarding and vary by route and scale. Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.
