IPOs.
Track, analyse and apply for the latest mainboard and SME public issues — with the dates that matter, the research to read first, and a UPI application that takes about two minutes.

Dates, price band and lot size are as filed by the issuer. Applying for a public issue carries no charge; the amount is blocked in your bank account under ASBA until allotment. Listed here for information only — this is not a recommendation to apply.
How an application actually works
An initial public offering is the first time a company sells its shares to the public. You place a bid within the price band during the issue window, and approve a UPI mandate from your own bank account.
The money is blocked, not debited. Under ASBA the amount stays in your account, earning what it normally earns, until allotment is finalised — at which point it is debited for the shares allotted, and the block on the rest is released.
Before you apply
When an issue is oversubscribed in the retail category, allotment is decided by lottery. Applying earlier, or through a particular broker, does not improve the odds.
Some issues list below the offer price. The bid you place should make sense as an investment in the company even if the first day disappoints.
The offer document sets out the risk factors, the use of proceeds and whether existing shareholders are selling down. It is the only complete source.
Leveraged IPO applications assume both allotment and a listing gain. Neither is within anyone’s control.

How it works, the types, both sides and the comparisons — for when you want the full picture.
Three things that make the difference
Invest in tomorrow’s leaders today — mainboard and SME, in one place.
Apply for any IPO in less than two minutes using UPI as the payment gateway. One tap, then approve the mandate in your UPI app.
Curated research reports and a plain Pros & Cons for every listing, so the choice is an informed one rather than a hurried one.
Instant notifications for price bands, opening and closing dates, and allotment status. No listing missed because a date was.
Mainboard and SME, side by side
Two very different markets presented in one place, with the distinction made clear rather than blurred — SME issues carry larger lot sizes, thinner post-listing liquidity and a different investor profile.
- Live mainboard and SME issues with the full calendar
- Subscription figures as the book builds
- Allotment status and credit tracked to your demat
IPO, answered.
Pick a live issue on the Labdhi app, enter your bid within the price band, and approve the UPI mandate. Funds are blocked in your bank account and debited only against shares actually allotted.
Not at the point of applying. Under ASBA the amount is blocked in your own bank account until the basis of allotment is finalised. If you receive no allotment, the block is simply released.
Mainboard issues are listed on the main platforms of the NSE and BSE. SME issues list on the NSE Emerge and BSE SME platforms, carry substantially larger minimum lot sizes, and typically trade with far thinner liquidity after listing.
There is no charge to apply for a public issue. Standard brokerage applies when you later sell the shares, at the rate in your tariff sheet.
Two minutes, and a UPI mandate.
