advisory.
High-conviction equity baskets, curated by Registered Investment Advisers for investors who want institutional-grade research without the manual effort.
Start with the split, not the stock.
A starting point from age, horizon and risk comfort — not a recommendation. A documented suitability assessment comes before any advice.

Managed investing, without giving up control
An advisory basket is a portfolio of stocks selected and maintained by our research desk, which you hold directly in your own demat account. You see every name, you approve the deployment, and you can exit at any point.
That is the distinction from a managed product. There is no lock-in and no discretionary mandate — the research and the rebalancing are ours, the holdings and the decision remain yours.
What advisory can and cannot do
These are equity portfolios. They fall when equity markets fall, and no advisory relationship changes that. Registration with SEBI, membership of BASL and NISM certification do not guarantee performance or assure returns.
SEBI restricts how a registered adviser may present the past performance of its recommendations. We will share a compliant, certified record on request rather than advertise one.
A basket built for seven years, judged at eleven months, will usually look wrong. The stated horizon is not a suggestion.
If what you want is a daily list of trades, this is the wrong product, and we would rather say so than sell it to you.
Advisory, step by step.
- 1Discover
Browse the baskets and the themes behind them.
- 2Analyse
The selection rationale, the sector weights and the horizon each one needs.
- 3Deploy
Execute the whole basket through a single interface, as SIP or lump sum.
- 4Stay watched
Analysts track sector rotation and earnings momentum, and rebalance.
Understand Advisory properly.
How it works, the types, both sides and the comparisons — for when you want the full picture.
What you are actually buying
Four things, and they are the reason the fee exists.
Every stock is picked through a bottom-up framework — business quality, return on capital, balance sheet, governance — before anything else is considered.
A steady SIP or a strategic lump sum. The baskets accommodate both, and different goals and risk appetites within each.
You stay liquid, with full visibility. You retain complete control over your holdings and can exit at the click of a button.
While you get on with your day, analysts track sector rotation and earnings momentum so the portfolio does not drift.
Your three-step journey
A streamlined method to discover, analyse and deploy a basket — with the analysis step deliberately placed before the deployment step.
- Discover — browse themes selected on market momentum and macro trends
- Analyse — the selection rationale, sector weights and ideal horizon, in full
- Deploy — execute the entire basket through a single interface
Four baskets, four different jobs
Each one states plainly who it is for, how it is built, and the horizon it needs. If none of them fits, that is a useful answer too.
The Goliaths of the Indian economy — companies with durable moats and superior governance.
A dynamic blend of large, mid and small-cap winners designed to capture growth across the whole market.
A conviction play on four to six high-potential themes driving the next decade of India’s growth.
Tactical allocation into the emerging champions of tomorrow — smaller companies, larger potential, and considerably more volatility.
Advisory, answered.
Yes. L. F. C. Securities Pvt. Ltd. is a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (Non-Individual), registration number INA000011617, validity perpetual.
You do. The stocks sit in your own demat account in your own name. We advise and rebalance; we do not take custody or a discretionary mandate.
No. You retain full control over your holdings and can exit at any time. Selling has the usual brokerage and statutory charges, and any capital gains tax consequences are yours.
PMS is a discretionary, SEBI-regulated managed product with a ₹50 lakh regulatory minimum, where the manager transacts on your behalf. An advisory basket has no such minimum, no discretion and no lock-in — you approve what happens.
Advisory fees are agreed in writing before any engagement begins and are disclosed in full. We do not charge performance fees.
A second opinion that has to be right.
Tell us what you hold and what it is for. We will tell you honestly whether we can improve on it.
