Find the task.
Get it done.

For Labdhi clients: statements, payouts, changing your details, your demat and what to do when something goes wrong — each with where to go and who to call.

Statements & documents

  • My contract notes

Emailed to your registered address within 24 hours of every trade. Your trades and statements are in Labdhi 360.

  • Ledger, P&L or a tax statement

All three are in Labdhi 360 for any date range — capital gains by financial year included.

  • A statement of my holdings

Labdhi 360 shows today’s holdings, shares and funds together. CDSL also emails a consolidated statement every month you have a transaction, and every six months otherwise.

  • Mutual fund statements and gains

Folios, SIPs, transactions and the capital gains statement are in the MF portal.

Money in and out

  • Add funds

Pay in only from a bank account registered on your trading account. Exchange rules do not allow payments from anyone else’s account; they are returned.

  • Withdraw funds

Ask for a payout and it goes to your registered bank account — never anywhere else.

  • Money I have not used

If you hold a credit balance and have not traded for 30 days, it is paid back to your bank on the exchange’s next monthly settlement date (SEBI, January 2025).

  • A charge I did not expect

Raise a ticket under “Charges and billing” and quote the contract note or ledger date. You get a reference number back.

Change my details

  • Bank, address, mobile or email

Online through re-KYC, or on the modification forms with a self-attested proof of the new detail.

  • Add or change a nominee

Online in a few minutes, or on the nomination form.

  • Start trading F&O or commodities

Derivatives need proof of income on file, by SEBI rule. Send it with the trading modification form, or ask the desk what counts.

  • Reactivate an account

A trading account with no activity for two years is marked inactive by exchange rule, and a demat with no transaction for a year turns dormant. Reactivating needs a fresh verification — the desk walks you through it.

Something is wrong

  • Make a complaint

Raise a ticket first: you get a reference number, and it is the number SEBI asks for if the complaint goes further.

  • Not resolved?

Climb the escalation ladder below — customer care, then its head, then the compliance officer (Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM). After that, SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR.

  • My tariff sheet

Your charges were agreed when you opened the account. Ask and we send you the sheet on record.

Still stuck

Who to escalate to, in order.

Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Quote your ticket reference at each step.
