Our investment philosophy

We are a research-driven broking house built on the conviction that disciplined, independent analysis is the foundation of sound investing. Our process begins at the company level — evaluating business quality through return on capital, free cash flow consistency, balance sheet resilience, promoter integrity and corporate governance before anything else. Every thesis is then stress-tested against our top-down framework covering sectoral dynamics, regulatory shifts, commodity cycles and macroeconomic positioning.

We operate a blended investment style, producing both deep-value ideas — fundamentally strong businesses temporarily mispriced by the market — and high-conviction growth picks where earnings compounding and expanding addressable markets justify the valuation. Every recommendation carries a defined thesis, target price, time horizon and risk assessment. We initiate coverage only when we have a differentiated view worth acting on — not to fill a template.

Bottom-up first, then stress-tested

Business quality

Return on capital, free cash flow consistency, balance sheet resilience, promoter integrity and governance — before valuation is even opened.

Top-down stress test

Sectoral dynamics, regulatory shifts, commodity cycles and macro positioning, applied against the company-level thesis.

Primary work

Sector-specialist analysts conducting management interactions and on-ground channel checks, to form views generalist research cannot replicate.

A stated price and horizon

Thesis, target price, time horizon and a scenario-based risk assessment — so you know what to own, at what price, and what could go wrong.

Every idea, with its outcome

Open and closed calls, with the entry, the target and the stop as published — and the return worked out from those prices.

These are sample calls, not real recommendations.

This section is a layout preview while the research admin panel is being built. Labdhi has not issued these calls, no one should act on them, and every price here is illustrative. Real published calls will carry issue dates and go through our SEBI Research Analyst process.

What a fundamental view can and cannot do

01
A target price is an opinion

It is our estimate of what a business is worth on stated assumptions. Change the assumptions and the number changes. No return is assured.

02
The horizon is part of the call

A thesis written for eighteen months, judged at three, will usually look wrong. Time is a condition of the view, not a footnote to it.

03
We will be wrong sometimes

Every honest research desk is. What we commit to is publishing the thesis and the risk up front, so you can judge the reasoning and not just the outcome.

04
Coverage is not continuous

We initiate where we have a differentiated view. An absence of coverage on a name is not a view on that name.
