7. Wealth Health Check, Investor Profile and Wealth Review Requests
- Statements you upload (a CAS from NSDL, CDSL, CAMS or KFintech, a broker statement, or a screenshot) are read on our own server. The file is written to a temporary folder only while it is being read and is deleted as soon as reading ends. It is not stored or logged.
- Text in scanned statements and screenshots is recognised on our own server. No outside OCR or AI service receives your statement.
- The holdings read from a statement, or added by you, are kept in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back to them, and are sent to our server only to be valued. They are not kept on our side. Use “Remove all” on the Health Check to clear them.
- Your investor profile answers are kept in your browser (session storage) until you close the tab, unless you send a Wealth Review request.
- When you request a Wealth Review we keep your name, mobile number, email (if given), investor profile, chosen plan, the holdings you included and your consent, with its date and wording, to prepare your review. A request is deleted 12 months after it is made unless you become a client; once you are a client it becomes part of your client records and is kept as the regulations require.
- If you arrived through a Labdhi partner’s link, the partner’s code is kept in a session cookie until you close the browser and is stored with any request you send, so the partner can stay your contact.
- You can ask us to delete a Wealth Review request at any time by writing to santoshp@labdhi.in with the reference number we gave you.
8. Regulatory Compliance
We comply with SEBI regulations, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
