The route

Your business. Our infrastructure.

An Authorised Person — formerly a sub-broker — is registered with the stock exchanges and affiliated to a member of a recognised exchange. You build and service your own client book. We carry the regulatory and operational weight behind it.

  • The client relationship stays yours
  • Our licences, settlement and back office from day one
  • Trading platforms and research access for you and your clients
  • Revenue share agreed in writing before you begin

You bring one half. We bring the other.

A partnership only works if each side is doing the thing the other cannot. Here is the split, stated plainly.

What you bring

  • Clients, and the trust you already have with themNobody in Ghatkopar can build that in your town.
  • The relationship, day to dayYou are the person they call first.
  • Local presenceAn office, a face, a reputation on the ground.

What we bring

  • The licencesBroker, depository participant, research analyst, investment adviser, AMFI distributor. You trade on ours.
  • The dealing deskA phone line your clients can call through the session.
  • ResearchTechnical, fundamental and institutional, published in-house.
  • The technologyApp, web terminal, e-KYC, e-IPO, pledge portal, back office — built here.
  • ComplianceSurveillance, reporting and grievance redressal, which is most of what a licence actually costs.

What does an Authorised Person actually earn?

Move the four numbers to the practice you expect to build. This multiplies what you chose — it is arithmetic, not a forecast.

We do not publish one revenue share, because there isn’t one — it is agreed with you, on volume and on who services the client. The slider is a starting assumption, not an offer. Talk to us and we will tell you what your split would be.

An illustration, not an income projection. It multiplies the figures you chose and knows nothing about your market, your clients, or whether they will trade at all. Nothing here is an offer, a guarantee or an assurance of earnings. Your actual share, the segments it applies to and how it is paid are set out in the Authorised Person agreement, and statutory charges are collected from the client on top of brokerage. Authorised Persons are registered with the exchanges and act on behalf of the stock broker.

Questions

Authorised Person, answered.

To bring clients on board and service their business. Brokerage is generated on the business those clients do, and shared with you per the arrangement agreed at registration.

An Authorised Person (formerly a sub-broker) is approved by and registered with the stock exchanges, and is affiliated to a member of a recognised stock exchange — in this case L. F. C. Securities.

You must be approved and registered as an Authorised Person by the stock exchanges, through an exchange member, and hold the NISM certification for the segments you offer. We take you through both as part of onboarding.

Revenue share is agreed in writing before you begin and is set out in your partner agreement. Arrangements differ by route and scale, which is why we discuss it directly rather than publish a single number.

A named relationship manager, platform and back-office support, marketing material, training, and access to our research desk — see "Support" above.

Authorised Persons must be registered with the stock exchanges and affiliated to a member of a recognised stock exchange. Mutual fund distributors need an AMFI ARN, and PMS distributors APMI registration. Revenue-share and commission arrangements are agreed in writing before onboarding and vary by route and scale.
